Thermos flasks

    Guys,
I hope I don't get slated here for irrelevancy but I'm into bodybuilding (just started recently).

A part of my diet is peppermint tea after meals, detox tea, Pau d'arco & green also. It's tough at work because it probably looks to other people like I spend all day drinking tea or coffee.

Will the thermos flask keep the water very hot so I don't have to keep running up to the canteen.

A properly branded thermos flask is pretty good. You really need boiling water to make the tea, I dont know if you plan on making tea with the water, or putting tea in the flask, the latter being better.

If putting tea in the flask then boil water and fill the flask, allow to stand for 10mins, put in more boiling water, leave a while again, then fill with the tea. This preheats the flask well so it will stay even hotter, i.e. the flask will not suck out the heat from the hot tea like it would if cold.
