Batch comparison of files

Anyone know of a freeware app that will do a batch comparison of files? i.e. supply it with two folders (containing the same files) and it will list any files that differ in content between the two folders. I'm currently using ExamDiff but rather than having to compare each file individually it would be far handier to do it all in one go.

    Thanks

There's a program called "Vice-Versa" which will do this, it then gives you the option to synchronize the 2 sources after the compare, it's quite handy for backing up files...

We used to use it a good bit in work, when you syncrhonise the source and target folders the only the files that are different get copied across...

I think you can still downwload a free version from:-
