I may be applying for a firearms certificate soon and was wondering under the new amendments to the firearms act do persons between 14 and 18 years old have to be accompanied by someone over 18 who has a firearms certificate when shooting or does this just apply for 14 to 16 years old?

    Thanks in advance

AFAIK Those amendments haven't been enacted as yet mozil, so for now you have to apply under the old rules.
