    Hi Guys,

    For anyone in the Limerick/Clare area interested in grappling- the UL Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club will be restarting its classes on Monday 17th Sept. The classes are held every Monday 9pm and Wednesday 7pm in the old sports building, University of Limerick. All are welcome-regards Fergal

    How much are the classes? How long do they go on for?

    You pay a registration fee and after that its one euro per class. Classes run around 1.5 hours to 2 hours.

    Anyone know if they are doing beginners kickboxing classes in UL still,cost,times etc ?

    UL students-5 euros
    Non students-30 euros

    Timmy D -www.ul-kickboxing.tk has the class times for beginners kickboxing. They are starting this week also.
