Hi, Can anybody tell me the tax implications for a 1st time buyer if they decide to rent out their apartment? Do they have to pay stamp duty? Are they subject to capital gains tax if they sell the place? Thanks

If it's within 5 years of the conveyance then answer is probably yes to both.
