    RTE

A small change takes place with this years new season on RTE ONE, while Network/N/RTE 2/TWO takes it easy so easy as part of a "stragic" review some presenters such as Des Bishop have jump over to RTE ONE, hence no real new season on the new RTE TWO soon to be renamed as the TSCWDCA (The second channel we don't care about)

    TV3

Well they are bring back Xpose (which replaced their only prime time news in May, just before the General Election  ). November sees the return of Vincent Browne with a New show call Nightly news with Vincent Browne (Ok it's TV3 News at 11 with a new presenter). Expect more Coro St and Emmers and some new Irish TV shows.

    TG4

Ros Na Run, The Running Mate and Afric provide Irish Drama, and the return of Cogar and other Documentries provide suil eile ar TG4.

Irish TV never looked so ....... competition has done something surely?????

I think you're being a tad cynical, it's not all that bad... (except obviously TV3, which is all sorts of terrible...)
