Ticketmaster Problem

There is a gig coming up soon that I want to get a ticket for but every time I log onto ticketmaster, it not only doesn't let me buy tickets, but it doesn't list the gig.
This is annoying me because the gig is, and has been listed on the bands website for ages now, venue and all. And on top of that, they are doing a string of shows in the U.K. all of which are listed on ticketmaster.ie.

Has this ever happened to anyone and caused them to miss the show as a result?

Are you sure its Ticketmaster doing the tickets?
    Try tickets.ie

probably not allowed to say because of the MCD ban

If its a Mcgig it will be listed on ticketmaster. They only use TM for their tickets. Watch for misspellings as it can happen, try a kiosk if you want to be sure. It'll probably get listed eventually though.

    Yeah, that's another thing.
It is listed on a certain promoters website aswell, which states they are on sale. I'm going to try a kiosk on saturday but it's driving me mental.

Think I might know who you are referring to, apologies if I'm wrong, but if its the band I'm thinking of, then the tickets go on sale tomorrow at 9am on Ticketmaster & the usual outlets. No idea why there's no mention of it on Ticketmasters site though!
