I don't think there are specific dates for every year (except first years, I think they get theirs during orientation). I just went in to the student centre to get mine.

Yea just go to the student centre and you can get it anytime.

The place that does the cards is open 9am - 7pm, but I wouldn't show up any later than 6.30pm, a few of us went there yesterday at that time and they were trying to head off early.
