Sky , 2 Boxes 1 Subscription card

    Hi ,

    Query on behalf of someone else ...

    They have a Sky subscription which works fine in one decoder in the house

    They have another sky box they want to use in a mobile home a few weeks a year , the box that does work in the house works fine in the mobile home but it means unplugging/ taking out of cabinet etc etc

    Is they a way to use their exisiting subscription card in the other box , what are the technicalities of activating etc etc ( it doesn't work at present )



    Is this queries go against the charter also please advise and i will amend the post

    the card is paired to the box.

    it will work on the basic channels but not on the premium channels.
