Used to be on before Bosco.. I can only remember the theme song and I'm not even sure if I have it right.. Went something like (phonetically) "dilly na dowsa, dowsa, dowsa, dilly na dowsa dee"..

    Anyone?

    Dilín Ó Damhsa I think.

All I remember is a cartoon of a kid rising upward hanging off a balloon...?

Delighted to say that one of the presenters of Dilín was my Senior Infants teacher from Beaumont National School here in Cork, Mr Ryan. How'ya Mr. Ryan!
