    So yep, I'm a 21 year old bass player living in Dublin. I've been playing bass for about 5 years now. Influenced by a lot of the greats, in numerous genre's. My playing preference is Punk Rock, although I do like playing some Rock.

    I'm interested in starting a Punk Rock band, not a light one either. Fast, agressive, and solid. Preferably 3 or 4 piece.

    I'm not interested in dealing with timewasters, there seems to be a lot of those around. I'm interested in dealing with people who want to put in the time and effort. If you think this is you, I'd like to hear from you. :)

    Ideally I'd prefer musicians in the early 20's age group, though I'm not too pushed on it.

    What about blues rock and stuff like that, but not limited to....

    We are an established and hard working band looking to go places, at the moment we are starting to break through to the next level on the Dublin scene and are being inundated with booking offers, in short things are happening for us but our bass player isn't into it, he isn't well, is studying for a masters in zoology and isn't all that pushed on blues rock, whereas we need someone available 7 nights a week for serious "on the road workload" rock, we also need someone that doesn't turn white at the mention of doing foreign gigs,

    I might be interested,(I'm a 26 year old guitarist).
    I've over ten years experience and I'm moving to Dublin in a couple of weeks
    Could you be a bit more specific on your influences?-I like the Buzzcocks, the Clash, Pixies, Iggy Pop etc. but I also like Rory Gallagher and Hendrix.

    I'm BIG into the Clash, also into some "newer" ;) bands like Bad Religion, Pennywise, Green Day (early stuff), and to a lesser extent Rancid, NOFX etc...

    TBH I listen to a lot of different types of music, anything from punk, rock, metal, jazz, electronic, ....the list goes on.
