I assume you know this, but ill point it out anyway.

    20 FREE 5 X 7 PRINTS FOR NEW MEMBERS ! = €7.00

    English:-
20 FREE 5 x 7 PRINTS FOR NEW MEMBERS DOES NOT EQUAL TO €7.00

Very strange way of putting it..

Read it again. It credits you €7.00 at the end so the cost is €0.00

Do you have to give a credit card number to complete the order, even though the order value is zero?

Yes but you won't (shouldn't) be charged.

Not quite as stupid as listing Conn's Cameras as a collection point in Dublin. Went to collect mine yesterday and they told me they weren't set up by Fuji. An email to Fuji confirms that they listed Conn's "in advance", not much use to me.

The not working on a Mac is just pure laziness on their part, most other online photo services manage to work on both platforms. You can get it to work on a Mac using the Safari Debug menu and changing the user agent, I did but still never got my prints.

After the FREE prints offer is gone,
they're not the cheapest place to get pictures done.

My missus went down to Unicare Nutgrove to pick up my prints, and the feckers charged her €8 for the prints. In fairness to Unicare, they sorted it with a 5 minute phone call (4 minutes for them to find the correct details of the Fuji offer, and 1 minute to put a credit onto my credit card account), but it does seem that Fuji haven't done a great job on educating the retailers on the details of the offer.

She could have brought a copy of the e-mail with the order on it.
I got one FREE set and the missus got another in Stillorgan.
Both times no charge, just have to make sure there's no cc charge on our next statement.

Maybe if I had a printer at home, then she could have brought a copy of the email.

It gets worse. I put in an order for the missus and I swear that it didn't ask me to specify a pick-up location. It seemed to default to 'Camera Centre, The Square' which isn't exactly local. Anyway, she diverted to the Square today, and dropped into the Camera Centre. Despite the fact that the order confirmation email states that order would be ready 'After 9am the following day', the prints weren't ready when she called in the afternoon. She had to hang around for an hour to get the prints.

Not exactly sparkling customer service from Fuji - this wouldn't be a huge encouragement to use their service in the future. The only upside it that it gives me more material for my new blog.
