    Hi everyone,

If you're looking for something to supplement your training, we're starting self-defence classes at The Fitness Dock on Saturday September 22.

The classes will be taught by Silat and Eskrima expert Liam McDonald. Duration of course 6 weeks - Course Fees €70
Class size limited to 20 (Adult only class)

If you've seen the fight scenes from any of the Bourne films, including "The Bourne Ultimatum", you'll be familiar with this style of self-defence. Matt Damon described his training in the martial art as being "like summer school in assassin training!".

This is a complete beginners course to start with, and we be expanding the number of classes over the next few months, along with doing workshops . The classes are open to all. If you need any more info you can PM or checkout www.silateurope.com
