    Hi,

I've an unlocked sony ericsson 3G phone and a 3 billpay account. I've popped the SIM in and it's working fine, getting pretty much all the services as per usual. However, My3 and the 3Portal won't load up.

I've applied the settings as per the sticky above, but it doesn't seem to work.
    Any ideas?

    Perhaps i'm doing something wrong..

Can you get the rest of the internet? The capitals in HutchKey etc are important by the way. Without them it won't find the page.

The settings sticky says authentication:normal. On a sony thats equivalent to selecting only PAP in authentication under settings-connectivity-data comm-data accounts-3

edit: also, the sticky says the homepage is http://mobile.3ireland.ie/bb/HutchKey

    but its actually http://mobile.3ireland.ie/hb/HutchKey
    (note hb not bb)

Yeah, I was getting the rest of the internet quite ok and I even got the 3 Today page once. It just seems to fail intermittently.

I can't actually see the settings on my own 3-badged sony ericsson as they've got the profiles locked and you can't read / edit them!

Thanks for the info though. I'll try those settings when I have some time.

Dunno about the SE, but in the past I have used this dodge to view "locked" settings.

On many phones you can "copy" an "access profile", even if it is locked.

You can then work on/view the copied "profile".

There may be something similar on the 3-branded SE handset.

    Hope this helps.
