Don't know if this is an apporpriate thread or not. I just had my bike, a black CB500, reg 78 D 73136 stolen from outside RCSI in Sandyford Industrial estate. Apparently a number of bikes have been stolen in the Sandyford area recently. Insurence Co suggests a number of CB500 s have been targeted recently too.
It was a lovely bike too!

Thanks for sympathy. I am only sorry I didn't put more locks on it.
The RCSI is located in the Industrial estate across the road from the Luas station.
Any way, getting used to walking!

better add another one to that list........my friends 99 CB500 (iirc..) was stolen from right beside the 'security' hut  at the Mater inside the last few days.

Minter urban-tigeresque colours, with top box, if you come across it........

Where are these things going, anyway?

We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”
