Ok this may sound freaky and I'm a little disturbed by it myself but last night after a run...when I decided I'd take a pic of myself (i'm monitoring my weight at the moment and a vain bastid :) ). When I looked at the photo my face was covered in a cloud of fog/mist (not steam or anything from the run) ?
So I thought it must be the camera lens being dirty ..so I cleaned and took another pic ..same effect ? So I was worried my camera was bust so took a pic of the room with the same camera...NO fog ?
Now confused I got my phone camera and took a pic.. Again fog on my face ?? now i'm freaking out !! so I jump in the shower and am a little disturbed by it. Come out and take another photo and fog is gone ?on both cameras .....FREAKY or what ?

I actually deleted the first pic but really don't fancy posting pics of myself here either ...but any ideas what it could be ?

Its impossible to say without seeing the photo obviously. I'd automatically jump at a boring explaination but I presume you want to know possible paranormal explainations?

Ah go on, post one. Surely the mist will give you an automatic blur out anyway :)

Is there a chance the lens was a little cold, and so your breath fogged it up when you were pointing it at yourself? And the room was warmer after your shower?

Well the photos are of a sensitive nature :)
but i'll try again this evening...I know alot about photography and it's not lens issues or light reflection.

Oh dear god, you have me imagining allsorts.

It really does sound like a heat mist, maybe from your hands being warm from running, or your breath. Esp seeing as the effect stopped once youd had a shower.

Sorry guys my PC blew up over the weekend and as soon as I have it up and running i'll try and post some of the images (If I can recover them) it was definitley not heat mist as I checked the lens but fingers crossed now I can recover them.

Aww, well if you can recover the pictures, you could always crop the image to protect your...modesty ;)

if you've discounted all the stuff like camera error, light refraction, body heat etc then there may be something paranormal ish to it......but it wouldn't be something simple like your breath after a run?
