    Hi

We have been to Cambrils Park twice with Direct Holidays but are thinking of booking directly for next year.

Has anyone booked either Cambrils Park or Sanguli through their own websites?

I find the websites very confusing and difficult to get a quote for the bungalows - would also appreciate any advice on flights - cannot find any flights to Reus on Ryanair for next summer?.

As an experiment, I found myself drilling deep into the accommodation booking pages for Sanguli(Sanguli.es), without finally committing myself. The process seemed straightforward.
I stayed in the Costa Verde Apartments, on a package, myself, a few years ago. I see that they have their own website, under construction - http://www.apartamentoscostaverde.com/ - it might be up and running, in the near future.
Re flights - Budget Travel(among others) sell flight only tickets(Reus being one of their destinations).

Most places in salou/cambrils can be booked through the likes of needahotel.com, hotels.com or alpharooms.com

Going to salou for a week in September and we booked flights with Ryanair and booked the hotel through Hotels.com. We got it for at least €150 cheaper than travel agents were offering it.

Ryanair only schedule flights 9 months in advance. AFAIK Reus is pretty profitable for them so I don't think there'll be any problems there...

I went into their site to try and get a quote but they were looking for a downpayment so I never got the price, although judging by the deposit it looked about 2 grand for two weeks for a bungalow.

I will look into those websites - they sound more promising.

Hi I've been to sanguli 4 times in the last 3 years and i've always booked direct through the campsite. I've found the best way is to phone them and that way they can tell you straight away what's available. To make up the price of your accomodation you just look for the price ( which is by the day) and multiply by the amount of days you are staying. You also add on 7 % tax to the final figure.
We've always stayed in the Tahiti Suite but this year they built new bungalows which looked beautiful. If there's anything else you'd like to know i'll try to help.
Oh if you do book by phone drop them an email afterwards with your booking reference on it and confirm your address as they got mine wrong (i think the irish accent on the phone didn't help):)

Forgot to say that Ryanair do fly to Reus but don't normally put up the flights till March for the summer.I live in Cork so i find it easier to fly to Barcelona and then make my way to salou. We've done that a few ways - self drive , picked up by a private firm and in July we stayed in Barcelona for 3 nights and then got the train to salou.

Thanks for the info Tina - we are thinking of Sanguli next year for a change - bit of a pain about ryanair but i'll check out the barca flights - any excuse to return to that city.

Just in case you do want to book you'd better do it soon as they started taking bookings for next year in March this year and when we were there in July i know a lot of people had booked for next year.

Hi - Do you know how much the ryanair flights cost - you can only book for March at the moment and the flights would cost over €800 for 5 of us which is the same for aer lingus to barcelona in june. I was hoping Ryanair would be cheaper.

I've booked Sanguli directly.I find the best way is to ring them up and then book on the phone.I have never had a problem understanding the prices on the site but if you ring them I'm sure they will help you out.
As for Ryanair flights,I'm sure they only put up the summer flights after Xmas.:)

Lads, the thread is four years old. I think the OP might be sorted by now...
