A bit more info on the course and stuff might help, but a good place to start is the lecturer.

Either whoever's corrected it (tutor? lecturer?), or else the executive officer of whatever department it is... you might need to actually have to wait 'til you can pick it up, though, I think essay marks fall under the results that aren't supposed to be given out over the phone or via email.
