http://www.dmxdimension.com/ seems to keep all the latest codes updated. Maybe this could be a sticky?

It did not say there were not for sale, the code from the site does not work for the EPP programme for DELL.ie, but does work for DELL.co.uk, maybe we have a different code....

    Hi,

There have been loads of posts recently about excellent deals on Dell "Small Business" Laptops. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if you need a VAT number to buy one of these? It just seems odd that Dell would sell a "Small Business" laptop at nearly half the price as a similar spec'ed "Home Entertainment" laptop.

    Thanks,
    Cian

I dont think, small business laptops are cheaper than home laptops.
they are completely different models & specs.
if they are same spec, then price should be same.

Answering your question, you dont need a VAT number
