    Ah yeah, the long narrow ones? I think it happens when a girl with big boobs loses a lot of weight. They go "in" instead of up. Ah I'd be so gutted if that happened to me. So I don't know if the "Hey fat ladies, go to the gym!!!" option would always be applicable.
