    Hey,

    I know a lot of Boardsies use Photobox.ie, but im having some problems with using a part of their site and id like to see if its just me.

    Photobox have a promotion on, where if you buy 1 StyleBook/Photobook you will get another free. It only lasts for the bank holiday weekend, and since I got the email sites been very dodgy. It took at least a day to upload photos as there was a server problem, and when it did the StyleBook Feature didnt fully operate. Everything loads but the thumbnails at the top, where I should be able to drag and drop them into the pages on the album. But, no thumbnails loads for me - hence, making the feature useless.

    I contacted support on the 31st but got no response until a few moments ago. They said the technology is dodgy, and they have no date as to when it will be fixed (great group of tech guys you have..). Prevously, I had tried calling both the normal support and head office number but nobody answered - further putting me in a right mood!

    Iv tried it on two computers, running Firefox & IE makes no difference. Iv removed and installed Flash again, nothing.

    Not to sure whats going wrong, but its annoying me at this stage. Anyone else having this problem?

    I find Photobox can be dodgy enough as regards the javascript and flash integrations, unfortunatly, all I can reccommend is waiting until it's fixed.

    They have no plans to fix it.. Thats the thing.

    Is pretty annoying then - Seems to be working grand from desktop, but my laptop, it dosn't come up.

    Laptop is XP, desktop is Vista... newest versions of everything.

    On my Da's laptop, I was making a book a few weeks back, and needed to restart the system before anything came up...

    Ah ok. Well I dunno then, I dont see the point in offering the service if you cant get it to work.

    Used http://www.kodakgallery.eu.com instead. Uploaded pictures, made a nice looking photobook (got 2) and received a 25% discount :D
