I would never ban someone for expressing their taste in music.

Generally if I ban someone, I just leave a note on the thread like; <name> banned for personal abuse.

Yes, most of my posts are of a sarcastic nature and I can see where you are coming from with your query.
I try to limit the jokes about bans to people who will get the joke.
It's a long way down to the bottom of the warp core.

Last year, I was down at the lake in UCD and a duck fight broke out between two male ducks who seemed to be fighting over a female duck who was watching them from a safe distance. The fight went on for ages and there was a crowd of students circled around them. It was great. We were all rooting for the smaller of the two. Why is it, that people always want to see the underdog win?

Back on topic, real life monkies arent actually that cool ! i was disappointed by a recent visit to the zoo, they're kinda ugly and lazy. As for the Lion he was a lazy bollix too....

I know I'd root for the underdog because they don't usually win. Thats just me though.

I fúckin' love monkeys!!! When I get rich the first thing I'm buying is a pet monkey, let him run around the house in his wee nappy causing mischief. Force him to bite ticket sellers and those foreigners that sell "paintings". Saw one on Veronica Mars last night too, cute little todger!

Actually, a friend of mine moved over to Germany to go working with a few a travellers we knew. During his stay he bought himself a pet monkey for €500!! We couldn't believe it back home and thought it was hilarious but after a few days something happened to the monkey. Whenever my friend and his workmates left the house they'd let the monkey out of his cage to roam around the place. However, one day they came back and found his body in the toilet. The poor bugger went for a drink and ended up drowning! What a indignified way to go!
