Lidl Parnell St had about 12 of them there at 13:00 ;) Got me one of them, thanks OP!

(EDIT: bought to replace the absolute RUBBISH Metronic (French engineering at its worst) receiver bought as a Maplin offer.)

    It is what it's.

Did you read the forum charter? It says no adverts here, try adverts.ie if you want to sell something. Also it is not a good idea to post your email or phone number around here, don't want it getting in the wrong hands.

With advent of Freesat coming on board soon and also the fact that brackets in this are generally crap, you better off waiting 2-3 months and also spending 20-30 euro more to get decent brackets etc. people seem to always regret getting this stuff afterwards

You can always buy a Freesat box seperate, I got a Humax box to go with the dish and receiver deal I got from satellite.ie which I'm very happy with.

to be honest, once you have freesat proper, its hard to use a FTA box again. Not mention when you get a PVR, you won't want a normal one again!

I wonder if they have them in in anticipation of watching the Ireland match on French TV... :pac:
