Serious problem with my computer

Ok, so here is the problem.

I'm downloading using DC++ and my Win32 Generic host crashes, shortly after that I loose all connection to the internet but my network connection seems to be fine. After trying a lot of things I tried to uninstall it and re-install it and computer management crashes. Long story short, if I leave the PC shut down for a few mins (or reboot a few times, 2 or 3... or more) I can uninstall my network device and reinstall the drivers, input the ip settings and away I go.

I started poking around and by looking at the system event log I found that there was something up with the bluetooth. So I disabled the bluetooth. No effect. then I disabled the bluetooth service. I also found a string that has to do with itunes ("##Id_String1.6844F930_1628_4223_B5CC_5BB94B879762##") and disabled its service. No effect.

Attaching the event logs and a text file of the system log.

If you know what this is, could you please help

The problem is still ongoing. I saw this in the system events log.
Your computer has automatically configured the IP address for the Network Card with network address 0013D4991FBB. The IP address being used is 169.254.238.203.
