It looks a little "washed", lilke that some parts of levels are missing. Like with a greyish-whiteish layer.
And a little too much centre composition.
But it is very very good picutre.

There seems to be a bit more red than there should be

Have a look this might explain better

Original and ~5% less red

IMO it looks a bit more natural especially the beard.
