    A Lakewood M32-CP (Cutaway+Pickup)

    http://www.lakewood.de/en/model_details.php?id=m-32cp

Played one about 2 weeks ago and was extremely impressed. Should go nicely with my McIlroy :p

Getting out of the electric stuff altogether now I think. Too hard to devote the small amount of practice time I get at the weekends to try and improve both acoustic and electric. Tis a pity because I got some nice electric gear over the last year which I've been really happy with (Jap Tokai Strat and Jap Fender Strat into Pod XT Live into Roland Jazz Chorus JC120). Anyone else done something similar in getting rid of their electric gear to play acoustic? I might hang onto my tokai and micro cube though to hopefully suppress any future gas I might get for an edwards les paul :)

i can go for weeks without playing an electric, but then i'll have periods where it's dominant in all i play so i'd never rule it out entirely just go with whatever mood takes me...

i would be tempted to sell it all for a McIlroy, but frankly all my kit wouldn't even be worth one.

Lakewood looks very nice indeed too...

Student living at home with a 6 month paid work placement (software engineer) = new gear :)

It shouldnt actually cost that much if I can sell the stuff mentioned above. Selling my really nice Takamine to cover some of the cost as well
