Help with iPod

Just looking for some help with my ipod. I had it all set up i.e. iTunes library on my desktop and then the motherboard went on PC and wiped all my music. I have all music on my ipod but now when I hooked it up on my new laptop it is asking me to Erase and Sync or Transfer purchases or cancel - i am worried it will wipe all the music on my ipod!! Any help would be appreciated!!!

Apple (for legal reasons) would have you believe this is not possible to do. However, there is 3rd party software available to do exactly what you want.
