Just found this, looks interesting, changes a photo into a load of pdfs that you can print off on your printer and assemble together on your wall to make a giant print http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/ now to pick a photo to use

Have used that before for a few different bits... Made one huge one, but it can get very confusing if you're not organised.
