    NEW AUTUMN FOUNDATION LEVEL COURSE

    *FREE* Introductory Class & Registration

    Monday 10th September 2007
    Abbey Hall, Clane

    7.15 - 8.30pm

    Notes: - Please arrive at the hall at least 5mins early
    - wear tracksuit bottoms and loose upper clothing

    - wear runners or similar

    - Foundation Course proper begins on Monday 17th September and continues for 12 weeks until Monday 10th December

    - Each class will last 1 hour :- 7.15 - 8.15pm

    - Course Fee is €120
