i-tunes log in???

    having a problem here people hope you can help

    im looking to get album art but i need to log in to do it.

    when i try to log in it says mac id or password wrong so i get them to send me an email to reset my password which i did and the new password wont work so maybe i used a different email address as my mac id(but i assume they wouldnt send me a mail if i had but they did) so i went to create new account but it wont let me as it says mac id already in use.

    i checked the faq and its says that if the account is locked(for security reasons) it will tell you this but it dosnt it just says mac id or password is wrong.

    it has probably been close enough to a year since i tried to log on last.

    any ideas?
