There's a link in the email you get afterwards that allows you to print your ticket again (work / college / net cafe ?) if needs be.

Btw, I registered with 'SeeFilmFirst' last year after missing out on Borat tickets but I haven't been offered any free tickets off them at all! Infact the only e-mail that I was sent by them was a recommendation to see the movie Sparkle..........and not even for free
