    Hey guys,

Finally, I've got www.crossfit.ie up and running.

It's still a WIP but I've thrown up a few articles and resources, along with the schedule (taking effect Sept 2nd).

If you spot any errors let me know and I'll correct them, or if there's anything else you want to see on the site let me know.

    Thanks,
    Colm

I love the arguments for why one needs to be fit. Brilliant.

What way does it work colm? If I pay for 2 x/week can I go at any time twice a week, or are there specific set times. Working shift, my hours are quite unpredictable.

    davy,

You're not limited to any two set sessions, If Mon & Sat suit you one week then it's Tues & Wed the next that's fine.

I want to give people as much flexibility as possible to train, and this is the most I can commit to classes at the moment.

    Thanks,
    Colm
