Not sure where to put this but I think this is closest. If I sell a custom built PC on eBay and at some time the PC encounters any problem like overheating, am I responsible? If I include the warranty for each part the buyer can sort that out himself/herself right?

    Yes and no.

If you sell the PC on eBay and it works then 6 months down the line say the graphics card or any other part fails on the item you have no further responsibility to the buyer, it will be their problem then.

If you sell the PC and when it gets to him it is not working or some parts are damaged etc. then it will be your problem unless you disclose this in the auction itself.

Most of the time when items are sold on eBay with a warranty the warranty will mean nothing as you will either need the receipt for the item itself or you will need to be the original owner of the item.
