It might be OK, or just a little too small. Not really sure how the sizing works on Tri bikes. The only way to know for sure is to go in and sit on it.

Tri bikes are usually at least one size smaller than you would take in a road bike. At a guess it should be ok, but there are too many possible variables to say for sure, best bet is to walk in and have them fit you for the bike.

As you have a decent budget, you could head over to Cycle Superstore and get a custom built Tri bike.

I have a lovely Kestrel Talon at the moment set up for road use but can set it up for triathlon use with Tri Bars and aero carbon wheels if you are intrested

I am in dublin if you would like to have a look

you might be a bit too tall for a 56 frame, but i dont know, triathlon bikes might be a bit different to the norm. i say, take the risk, and if you do sh*t in the triathlon, blame it on the bike.
