Lovely photos. I think the light was very bright and her hair very fine, so it looks a bit over-exposed.

But, I really like the composition, and good colour and toned image too.

Great shots, I love the colour in the first one. Was the second originally full colour too?

Thanks Paul.In the first image, i actually wanted to get her hair lit up like a halo around her head, to give a real summery/sunshiny kind of atmosphere to the shot, so the way it looks is on purpose.I actually wanted her hair to be even more blown than it is, but that was the best i could do.Little kids are demons to shoot, they move so fast all around the place :-)
Yeah 6th, the second was a colour shot, but I think it works better like this. But tbh , it's one of those rare shots that i am having extreme difficulty knowing what way looks best.I tried it in B&W and the original colour and to me they all look good , but the sepia has the edge for some unknown reason, for me anyway. I have to admit to being very pleased with that second shot because i saw it about to happen and used my 100-400 lens . Usually, when i see a shot like that i don't get it and i was delighted when I saw what i had back on the pc later on.

Love the second one Conmike, very nice and really captures a moment in childhood. She has a look on her face as if that all that matters in the world is blowing the flower of her hand. Perfect, thats the moments that are so special in life.

Love the second shot, know what you mean about photographing children, my niece and nephew are demons.
She is really concentrating on blowing the flower, well done!

the secnd shot is a great capture, a real gotcha moment, but I'm not sure about the sepia treatment, it seems a bit weak for the compostions. I think maybe a desaturaed colour or a strong B&W would suit it better.
