    Looks a bit bogey alright. May have to right to them before that deadline. Some nice waves out in Killiney this morn if you'd a good longboard 9ft plus. Maybe should petition them for an artificial reef 150 yards off the beach instead. First they ban the dogs in the day, no any other fun in the water. Sure even if they do I can hardly imagine them waiting on the beach to issue fines when you dumped back on shore by the legendary Killiney waves!!! NO COMPRENDE and walk on!!

    An artifical reef would also provide protection against coastal erosion and provide a source of income through tourism.
