    Hi,

    I'm new to this forum and am just wondering if anyone can recommend a good total body workout (female) using dumbells weights etc... I'm looking to tone up my lower body please?
    I go the gym 3/4 times (1 cardio, 1 weights etc...)

    My full body workouts were mainly squats, benchpress, military press, pullups, chinups, shrugs, tricep extensions, upright rows, bent over rows.- all in a 8-12rep range, sets varied.

    Most will recommend deadlifts too, they just didnt suit me.

    Hi,

    I'm mainly using dumbells at the moment, could I start using the barbells myslef or should I book an apt with a PT? I wouldn't really know what kgs to use etc??
