Submission Wrestling in the Waterford area

    I will be in the Waterford area next week on a family holiday and as I am competing in the FILA World Grappling Games in September I am looking for somewhere to train while I am away. I believe that there are clubs in both Waterford City and Tramore so I would appreciate it if someone out there could give me some details on training times and locations.

    Door entrance is right behind a tall red tower. Message waterfordmma on here for any details.

    They have BJJ out in Tramore too in the old church. I can't remember what times. Think it's tuesday, thursday and saturday. Or maybe just utesday and saturday.

    Thanks for that, I hope to make it down to your club at least once over the course of next week and maybe even more if negotiations go well with my better half who it has to be said is not exactly brimming over with enthusiasm at the prospect of me going training while on holidays!

    Just remind her you could go back to the darkdays of a week in the summer away sitting in seiza in the middle of limerick.

    You have just reminded me of all that pain and suffering "sitting in seiza" but you have also given me a great arguement to use in my negotiations I will threaten to go back to Aikido!

    Many thanks to all the guys in Waterford MMA for giving me the opportunity to get in some training last week while I was on holidays and a special thanks to Brien, Bobby and Tony for really putting me through my paces. Hopefully it will stand to me when I get to Turkey next week.
