Transform back on Radio -98FM

    Going on to the 98fm radio show this evening from 8.30-9pm.

    I know they take calls and texts etc

    Have no idea what the format will be just yet i just hope they will be knid enough to give me enough air time to plug the boards of course.

    Might even have a rant on the benefits of weights v's excessive cardio

    Was listening there. Funny when you said that your not so strict yourself but you certainly sound like you know your stuff. I look forward to reading your posts in the future.

    I don't remember saying i was not so strict myself but may have mentioned that its more important to take any form of exercise rather than talking about it and that when people are looking to get in the shape of the people they see in magazines they should realise that the celbs that are in great shape train 5-7 days a week - sooo going for a walk every day and drinking some green tea will not make you look sensational though it will help you take some exercise.

    I also mentioned the recent upgrading of recommendations from the USA health on 'light' exercise e.g. gardening, clenaing your house does NOT count as part of your exercise routiene oh and do weights twice a they also said.

    Ah it was just something small about the swimming pool or something. You came across very well anyway. I wish you were in galway...I would hire you as my PT. Can you recommend anyone in Galway to get me started lifting weights. I know the program I wish to follow but I want to make sure i'm getting my technique and stuff right.

    Do not know anyone in galway but going on a course next week where there will be lots of trainers so mail me next week and i should have some one
