    Hi
will be in Dublin for 1 night sat 15th sept. Looking for suggestions of a good nightclub for a boogie, house, trance, techno type thingy. Were semi retired ravers:D being in our mid thirties and looking for somewhere cool. Good banging tunes but without the scummy element if you know what i mean. Somewhere a bit upmarket would be good but were ok with slumming it a bit to find the good tunes;) Any suggestions of good clubbin websites/bulletin boards for Dublin would also be handy.
    Cheers.

Personally I think sat night you can't beat Tripod at the bottom of harcourt st. There's 3 rooms covering old skool classics, electro, spanish funky house and a couple of other genres but you won't get any scum and theres a nice happy vibe going on, the main room has the biggest dance floor in Dublin, the sound system ain't too bad and you got some nice big screens up with acid/warped cool visuals :)
The place does be hoppin around 1.30am and its open from about 10.30 - 3am.
Oh yeah if you smoke its got a large enough courtyard to chill out in.
