Interesting hand I came across from 2p2

what hand range do you assign to a 20/15 here?

    whats your line pf/postflop?

whats your line for the rest of the hand if you call the flop?

"Opponent is 20/15. I've been playing pretty straightforward TAG ... 3 betting a fair amount, but not too crazy. Those that play with me know what I mean.

I can't say much more right here ... if there's more specific history with the opponent, I can't remember it.

Let's just hear thoughts on the hand thus far ... what do you think about preflop and flop?"

    UTG ($298.15)
    MP ($422.85)
    CO ($238.95)
    Hero ($364.65)
    SB ($38.40)
    BB ($92.50)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Adiamond.gif, Kdiamond.gif.
1 fold, MP raises to $8, 1 fold, Hero raises to $26, 2 folds, MP raises to $72, Hero calls $46.

    Flop: ($147) Aclub.gif, 9diamond.gif, Jheart.gif (2 players)
    MP bets $88, Hero ...

Giving information hes range here is very likely AA-QQ & AK, if he has AA here were going broke every time on that flop nothing you can do about, same if hes 4betting with JJ. So if he has KK or QQ hes folding to a push on that flop so id just call the flop hoping he bets the turn and push the turn. I dont see how you can get away from this

Pokerstove says were 70/30 fav if hes range is QQ+,AKo+ and 60/40 fav if hes range is KK+,AKo+

Since its stated that the hero has been 3betting a fair bet Id assume the preflop 4betting range for the villian would be his typical 3betting range? Am I wrong to assume this?

And DVD fans flop range sounds spot on.

is he always betting the flop with kk and qq assuming hes a reg at this level?

hero calls and the turn comes a ten of clubs and he shoves

doesn't this effectively remove kk/qq from his range? hero..

Cant see a decent regular doing it with KK just dosent add up, if i was villain and i had villains range pretty tight say AA-QQ and AK then i might make this play with QQ to force out KK and maybe AK against a MUTBS player but when the T of clubs drops on the turn i have an OESD on a very scary board for someone with AK,KK-QQ and im probably thinking i can get everything to fold here except AA and JJ

For example theres a few opponents i have notes on that make a huge raise with JJ and it sticks out a mile, theyll raise to 8bb with it every time and only with that hand, alot of the time ill call in position and c/r any Qhigh+ flop and hes no choice but to fold so if this villain has us on KK he may well make this move with QQ and would have probably gave up on the turn but now the OESD has dropped on a very scary board and a push now has alot of FE even against hands that are ahead of him. It does complicate things if hes pushing the turn and id rather be pushing on his turn bet but i still am struggling to get away from this giving the information we have

I doubt I could get away from that either. Espically short handed.

if his 4 betting range is so tight we should have folded preflop. If I call preflop I definitely amn't intending to fold at any point. I would probably call, I can't decide if we can bluff him off a split by pushing now.
