    Nice - I like the Z's.
Hope it's not hiding away waiting for Summer to arrive ;-)

That is one of the nicest Z's I've ever seen.

Love the colour. What part of the country might it be found?
Would love to get an idea about rough shipping costs from Oz, too. ;)

Great looking car, but the alloys are a bit too bling for me :)

Looks like Wicklah - nice view!

Nice car - I see you have the rego in the window, which state did you get it in?
I brought a 911 in from South Australia last year , I got stung for the duty and Vat but still felt I got a deal. Shipping was difficult to calculate as I brought 2 containers of stuff including other car motorbike etc. but some companies were quoting about 3000 euro to ship a car.

the car is in Wicklow..........the wheels are only 14inch wolfrace wheels nothing bling about them I dont think, the origonal wheels were awful looking things.

as for the shipping I didn't personally bring the car in, a friend of mine brought it in last year and was sitting in his garage. hadn't been out of the garage in a year so I bought the car off him and regestered it, cost E600 to vrt as it was brought in from australia.

the bodywork is excellent but the interior need to good clean, I'll get at that tomorrow I hope........

    Jay.

    Super looking Z !

I always loved the looks of the Z, and hope to own one someday soon!;)

I recall seeing a lovely silver 240Z (or perhaps it was a 260Z?) parked up at Ger Reid Car Dismantlers (Suncroft, Co. Kildare) in the early 1990's.
    Wonder where it is now??

BTW, would you post a photo of the rear of the car?
Was it difficult getting a suitable reg plate for the rear, seeing as it has a 5-digit ZV registration (i.e. would need smaller digits in order for plate to fit)...

I'll get some pics up of the back of the car at the weekend..........No it wasn't hard to get the plates.....my local car parts place done it for me no prob......when I was getting it vrt'd tho the fella did say they were running out of zv numbers and that they weren't going to last much longer:(

    Thats very interesting??!!

Wonder what will replace ZV ?
    'IV' hasn't been issued yet...

...might be appropriate to use 'IV' registrations - i.e....."Irish Vintage" :D
