Recently I have noticed I’m having trouble with eye contact. I used to be very shy and to the average person I would come across as confident. But the truth is I hide it reasonably well and have learned to deal with as I got older but as I have said eye contact is becoming a problem. I have noticed I have made people feel a bit uncomfortable by staring a bit much .I seemed to have lost that skill, maybe its a confidence issue. Some help would be appreciated.
