    What about Alien 3? :)

I'd say Fight Club is my favourite, but I also loved Alien 3, The Game and Seven.

wasn't "panic room" a david fincher film too?

either way, fight club is my favourite, followed closely by se7en... though i haven't seen zodiac yet and i believe it's quite the doozey.

Fight club is far and away the best in my oppinion. I really didnt see what was so great about Se7en , although I only saw it a month or so ago for the first time, but saying that I only saw fight club a year or 2 ago. Did this director do teh latest version of zodiac? because I saw an older version and I have to say I thought the older one was better.

Fight Club only barely beats Se7en in my books. I watched Fight Club 3 times, and the first two times I walked away asking myself what everyone saw in it (probably because it was hyped up so much) but on the third viewing (when I saw the small apparitions of Tyler) I loved it and saw what all the fuss was about.

but with Se7en I watched it only once and loved every minute of it. it has, without a doubt, one of the best endings / twists in cinema history*

Fight Club is probably my favourite of his - I love the style, cinematography and depth of the film. Like it even after having to watch it to death for college.

All his films are pretty cool though (except maybe the 'OK' Alien3). I would say I enjoyed Zodiac, Se7en and Panic Room in equal measure. Havent seen all of the Game.

I saw the game ages ago, I thought it was alright. I thought panic room was supposed to be crap??

I like them all bar 'Panic Room', which was crap and foisted on him by studios in return for the excellent 'Fight Club'. My favourite's probably 'Se7en', for its own bleak look (original then, often ripped off since which is perhaps what went wrong for you christophicus).

Se7en for me...although i have heard a lot of good things about zodiac i still havnt seen it.
its one of those "on my list" movies.

Se7en by a long way, with The Game, Zodiac and Alien3 all quite even. The longer (though not director approved) DVD edition of Alien3 is wonderful. Panic Room is decent enough, as a bare bones thriller. Fight Club is very over-rated. It's alright, well acted, nicely directed, but the story has never done it for me.

Se7en by far pisses all over Fight Club which is trying to hard to be smart. Se7en was like nothing I'd ever seen from a main stream studio!

Fight Club is one of my all time favourites, so it'd be my favourite from Fincher.

Seven is also fantastic, Zodiac's very good too.

Assuming you mean "what's his favourite non-movie thing" than I'd go for the video for Aerosmith's "Janie's Got a Gun" because I loved the dark moody, torch-filled shots in it that later got more fully realised in "Se7en". His work with Madonna though is pretty solid too.

Se7en has been my favourite film for years. Every scene is at least good, and many are incredible.

Fight Club is excellent, but I have some issues with it.

I don't love any of the others really.
