Setting up auto forwarding on outlook

Hi, I've bought myself a blackberry, and want to get my work emails on it. The tech people won't set up my blackberry for it so I had this bright spark idea to set up a rule in outlook where all mails I receive are forwarded to my private email address, which I have set up on my blackberry. Hi,
I've bought myself a blackberry, and want to get my work emails on it.

SO.......Anyone got any suggestions as to how I'd get my work emails to my blackberry?
