Is My Diet Ok?

    Ok, im 20, 6"2 and 87kg. I just want to know if im eating enough to build muscle efficiently.

    Meal 1: 1.5 scoops Big Whey & porridge. EPA & Flaxseed Tabs

    Meal 2: Banana & Apple

    Meal 3: Tin of Tuna

    Meal 4: Apple & 2 scoops Big Whey after the gym.

    Meal 5: Chicken Fillet, Potato, Stir Fried Veg(Onions, Peppers & Carrots)EPA & Flaxseed Tabs

    Meal 6: 3 eggs scrambled or maybe just a Big Whey Shake.

    I drinks about 3-4 Litres of water daily too.

    I eat 90mins before the gym because NO Xplode has to be taken on an empty stomach.

    I wold say use more oils - olive or the various nuts, eating nuts too is good.

    Try get some protein in with every meal, i.e meal 2

    Looks alright though in terms of gaining weight.

    You don't mention what portion sizes your having.

    Lack of food IMO
