    Joint open charity seminar on Filipino Martial Arts


    In aid of Fr. Shay Cullen & his work with PREDA. PREDA is a charitable organization founded in 1974 in Olongapo City, Philippines. Its main goal and purpose is to promote and protect the dignity and the Human Rights of the Filipino people especially of women and children. The main focus of their work is to assist the sexually-exploited & abused children and provide for them an environment of acceptance and understanding in society.
    Seminar time: 11 AM to 6 Pm
    Date: Sunday 14th of October 2007
    Venue: Molesworth hall,
    Molesworth place, off Dawson street (behind St. Anne’s church)
    Dublin 2
    Cost: €30
    Each group will teach a different aspect of their system
    Groups teaching on the day (so far)
    • Shane / John – Warriors eskrima
    • Paul / Dave – Doce Pares eskrima
    • Nicolas / Aidan – Newman Escrima
    • Aidan - Kalis Illistrismo
    • Dave – Sayoc & Atienza Kali
    • Ding / Paul – llanera escrima

    Well a couple of guys on here said they'ed like to see/try FMA and here is the opportunity to do just that, with some top class instruction from SIX different systems and ALL of the money raised going to PREDA. There is plenty of notice so even if you can't come along try to get a friend to take part.
