Hi all, complete newb here. I was thinking of taking up kickboxing. I have no experience whatsoever of any sport of this kind but feel attracted to kickboxing more than any other, dont ask me why, i just always have.

I'm 22 and of an average (i think) fitness level. I did a first time 10k run in april in under an hour but since then ive become fierce lazy and put on about a stone in excess. Now i feel its time for another challenge.

Could anyone give me some advice on what i should do, where i should go, etc to start getting into this sport.

    Cheers in advance guys.

    J

    Try www.chupasart.com in Rathcoole.

No question. Chupasart for you. I've lost nearly 2 stone since starting in Bridgestone last October  (Bridgestone's in town, but it's the same style as chupasart).
