Man it is so freakin sweeeeeeeeeeet! Nice and heavy, cocking action is simpley beautiful. fired off a few rounds. Soon the Vietnam loadout will be complete.

Or are you suggesting fitting AK mags to an m14? Would look interesting, I'll say that much.

Yeah meant the M14, sorry for confusion.

Not sure if its a remake of the KART M14 to be honest, not up to speed on it yet.

Cant find any CYMA M14 mags anywhere, id assume the TM one will do, hopefully some mid caps if poss.

CYMA don't make their own stuff. They just buy Chinese clones and put them in a new box.

So your m14 actually either the AGM or KART clone.

I think CYMA use the KART one but you might want to wait for someone else to confirm this before you start buying mags.

If it is then search for whatever fits the KART. More than likely Marui work.

On that note, it's worth making sure whether you're getting a KART (there's a RAS at the front sling point) or an AGM (no such RAS).

Sorry not sure what you mean by RAS, but there is a small hole just passed the front sling hook if that makes sense?

well i have the AGM m14 and i just got from rsov the mid caps today the acm ones..DO NOT buy them as they dont feed...complete pile of kak quite frankly...for me this is as close to a disaster as i can get...i can only get hicaps...sweet mother of god....

well here is the sickener...i bought 6 of the little gits in 3 pairs...at a total of 55 euro including shipping (jeasus nearly another aeg!)....so i have 6 beautiful casted piles of crap...and there doesnt appear to be a lot of mid caps out there for the m14...pity...might just have to fill the hicaps, wind and empty them i guess...

i emailed whats his face at rsov...so hopefully he has a suggestion.

the agm is excellent tho but i think the cyma is 100% TM compatible..it seems to be with the m14, there are several models with the mag well all slightly different. so you have a tm one, a g&g one, a ca one, etc and then a wave of clones copying god knows what so unlike tm leading on the m4 and everyone copying, it seems that you have to be careful which mag you get...

i can confirm though that the agm battery issue (where positve is negative and vice versa) was not the case on my one. so i did not have to do the plug swap thing and can use the standard chargers to charge the large battery (which is nicd...yeuck) and you can use any other battery in it..i have tried it.... you are right there is no mini rail at the front of the AGM. you can put one on if you are looking for a ras based bipod or you can buy a bipod that screws into it...the kart ones do have a rail...

shoots like an m4, but i only had about 100 rounds thru it, i want to line the scope up....i will be airbrushing mine ala BHD at some point..

again i should be there at hrta so i had great plans of a full m14 with mid caps..now i have to suffer the indignity of sounding like a phat arsed pepper mill when running...GOD ..>WHY HAS THOU FORSAKEN ME!!!!

I've heard either the AGM or Kart takes a mini battery. Is that the case with either of yours? Seems bizarre for something that has such a huge stock.

If I ever buy another long rifle, I'll get an m14. In OD *drool*

Well there goes me being the only one with an M14. Now everyone seems to have one. *sigh*

The AGM model has a large type battery btw.

mine has a large battery....it is a really good fit and a double locking mechanism, so the back of the stock lifts up with access to a smaller door to access the battery compartment.

well i think if you were going to get one to really use, then i think a tm would be the way to go or one of the other top companies. i am an occassional m14er, if you get my drift. it is more like a friggen lance then a rifle...i would hate to be swinging it around in cqb, more like to clock someone with it...the bb must be exhausted before it leaves the barrell...LOL

od and brown will be my colours i think when i paint it.
