    Stretching it for this thread but I need a hard hat for work, does anyone know where I can pick one up in the city centre?

    Your employer is required by law to provide Personal Protection Equipment, (ie hard hats, boots, hi vis vests)

    Most builders providers/hardware shops will have these. Try Chadwicks on Thomas street.
